I’m really happy to announce that I’m writing a book about Flex 3. This is my first professional book authoring experience so I am bit nervous and super excited about it. This book will be focused on getting started with Flex 3 programming with Java integration perspective in mind. However this book can be useful for any person who wants to get hands-on with Flex 3. I’ve already begun writing and tentative publication timeframe is set to early 2009. More details are coming, stay tuned!
Keep Flexing.

Hi. Try covering some good examples about Flex + BlazeDS + Hibernate. There are some issues there with Lazy Loading of deep hierarchies that I would like to see solved somewhere because all the usual examples are pretty basic (one table – one object).
It would also be awesome to have some information about Grails or JRuby integration. Both are Java and are more productive than Java alone.
If you would like some help there, write me… Good luck…

@Rodrigo,
I appreciate your response, I will try and include Flex+BlazeDS+Hibernate examples, and it would be nice if could provide me more info on lazy loading issues. However it would not be feasible for me to include examples on Grails or JRuby but I will definitely try to give some off book references.

@Ryan,
Thanks for your wishes; I hope this book comes out well on everyone’s expectations although it’s my first book authoring experience.
Great! I got my first reader!
